Wine trail
This holiday weekend, if you want to skip the long lines at retail outlets, why not blaze a trail to the great outdoors and continue celebrating the harvest?
More than 40 wineries are participating in New Jersey's Holiday Wine Trail Friday through Sunday. Activities include wine tastings accompanied by wine-friendly snacks and live entertainment. Participating wineries in Atlantic and Cumberland counties include: Ama-lthea Cellars in Atco, Bellview Winery in Landisville, DiMatteo Vin-eyards, Plagido's Winery and Tomasello Winery, all in Hammonton and Ren-ault Winery in Egg Harbor City. Cape May County is well represented, by Cape May Winery, Natali Vineyards, Hawk Haven Vineyards and one of the state's newest wineries, Jessie's Creek Winery in Cape May Courthouse.
