Jack Riegel, 42, of Parsippany, eats wings in ludicrous sauce Tuesday at The Chicken or the Egg restaurant in Beach Haven. ‘It’s lingering in my mouth. It’s more heat than flavor. It’s hot. I don’t know if I could eat like 12 of them like that guy who’s going to be on TV,’ Riegel said, referring to Adam Richman of the Travel Channel’s ‘Man V. Food.’
