The Ocean City High School girls tennis beat beat visiting Mainland Regional 4-1 on Friday and took over a slim lead in the Cape-Atlantic League American Conference.

Gabby DuBruille, Leah Kornberg and Lauren Loggi each won singles matches for the Red Raiders, No. 8 in The Press Elite 11.

Ocean City is 12-2 overall and 10-1 in the conference. Egg Harbor Township is 9-1 in the conference, but EHT's American loss is to Ocean City, putting the Red Raiders in first. Mainland, 8-2 in the conference, has split two matches with Ocean City.
