The unbeaten Southern Regional High School boys lacrosse beat Christian Brothers Academy 10-3 on Saturday and reached the Shore Conference Tournament final for the first time in program history. Southen's Dylan Jinks scored the first three goals of the game in the first quarter.
The top-seeded Rams (14-0) ranked second in The Press Elite 11, play Rumson-Fair Haven at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the final at Monmouth University.

Atlantic Christian's Tatiana Tennant went 4-for-4 with three two-run home runs. Jamie Zalman and Joanie Mercadante also went 4-for-4 for the visiting Cougars. The game ended after six innings on the 10-run rule. Winning pitcher D.J. Hitchner struck out four and walked two.

The Southern Regional High School boys volleyball team won three matches and lost one at the Super 6 Showcase on Saturday at St. Joseph-Metuchen. The Rams are 28-4.
Southern lost to East Brunswick 2-0 in the first match, with game scores of 25-23 and 25-14.
The Rams then beat Livingston 2-0, with scores of 25-16 and 25-18. Southern defeated host St. Joseph 2-1, with games of 25-21, 23-25 and 25-15. The Rams' final match was a 2-0 win over Fair Lawn, with scores of 26-24 and 25-14.
Southern's Mike Gesicki had eight kills and four blocks against East Brunswick. Brandon Lee had 11 kills against Livingston, while Kyle Ficken added nine kills and Luke King had 26 assists. Gesicki led with 10 kills and nine blocks against St. Joseph, while King had 41 assists and Ficken had nine kills. Gesicki had 11 kills and five blocks against Fair Lawn. Ficken had 10 kills and Jake Necamp added seven digs.
Southern hosts the Shore Conference Tournament semifinals and finals on Thursday, starting at 4 p.m.
