Girls basketball roundup: Atlantic Christian's Kelsey Robinson passes 500 rebounds for career in win

Atlantic Christian senior Kelsey Robinson recorded her 500th career rebound in a 70-24 win over visiting Calvary Christian Academy in a Tri-State Christian Athletic Conference game Friday.

Robinson collected 14 rebounds to give her 502 for her career. She also posted 16 points and four steals.

Jamie Zalman led the Cougars with 17 points, including five 3-pointers, to go along with nine steals. Jordan Scheidegg had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Holy Spirit junior guard Summer Crilley scored 16 points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished three assists. Sophomore Amanda Reale scored 10 points and had five rebounds for the No. 9 Spartans.

Jordan Caez scored 13 points, including three 3-pointers, to lead Millville.

Ocean City senior Julia Duggan posted a season-high 25 points. Her previous high was 16.

Mary Kate Mateer added nine points for the Red Raiders, the No. 4 team in the Press Elite 11, which improved to 4-0.

For Hammonton, Paige Mortellite led with nine points.

Ali Dandrea scored 10 points andhad two steals as Our Lady of Mercy Academy ended it's run at the 14th annual CresCom Holiday Invitational with a 67-29 loss to Porter's House (Fla.) at the Myrtle Beach (S.C.) Convention Center on Friday.

Caitlyn Covella led the Villagers with nine rebounds and Mariya Ruban had eight. Covella also registered three steals as OLMA closed its South Carolina trip 1-2.

Twelve different players scored for Porter's House, led by Denisha Swain with 17 points.
