Bryant faced Brick Township’s Kyle Wojtaszek in first wrestlebacks, scoring two in the first period, one in the second and two in the third to win 5-0.
In second wrestlebacks, Bryant faced Hunterdon Central’s Collin Boylan. The match was scoreless until Boylan earned an escape early in the third period to go up 1-0. Boylan then scored a takedown, and Bryant was able to escape, but he lost 3-1.
Friday preliminaries
Bryant lost a 5-3 decision to Jake Legotta of Roxbury. The senior was taken down with four seconds left in the third period.

Back points: Bryant opens his first trip to states with top bracket No. 6 seed Jake Legotte of Roxbury in the prelims. The winner will face Region 7 champ Justin McTamney of Bordentown in the prequarterfinals.
