Alex Boney pitched a three-hitter as Cedar Creek High School defeated Cape May Tech 13-1 in a Cape-Atlantic League baseball game Wednesday that ended after six innings on the 10-run rule.

Boney struck out seven and walked six. He also went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. James Langlois also was 3-for-4 for the visiting Pirates.

Steve Bond doubled for Cape May Tech.
