The Sacred Heart High School baseball team rallied to upset Gill St. Bernard’s 5-4 in the first round of the South Jersey Non-Public B playoffs Monday afternoon.

The 10th-seeded Lions trailed 4-3 after six innings. Kevin Allen tied the game on an RBI single in the top of the seventh inning. Dom Patitucci knocked in the winning run with a single in the same inning. Gill St. Bernard’s was seeded seventh.

Chris Repice went 3-for-4 with two RBIs for the Lions. Sacred Heart plays at second-seeded Moorestown Friends in the quarterfinals at 4 p.m. today.
