The Southern Regional High School girls lacrosse team improved to 2-3 on the season, beating Toms River East 18-8 in a Shore Conference matchup on Saturday.

Lia Stango led the Rams with six goals, scoring three in each half. Marina Felmly scored five and Shana Hayes added four in the win.

Hanna Myers made 11 saves for the Rams.
