The Egg Harbor Township High School boys lacrosse team controlled the game, beating Middle Township in a battle between the Cape-Atlantic League's two top teams, 11-6.

Middle jumped on EHT early, scoring the game's first goal, but EHT freshman Zack Wechsler tied the game up and quickly gave EHT the boost it needed.

"I've been waiting for the young kids to answer to the challenge," EHT coach John Ohlsen said on the phone. "The young guys are getting a chance and starting to come around. Once (Zack) scored, everyone kind of woke up."
