Lacrosse roundup: Southern Regional boys top Middle Township in triple-OT

Tom Godfrey scored the winning goal with 54 seconds left in the third overtime as Southern Regional High School edged Middle Township 8-7 in a nonleague boys lacrosse game Monday.

Alex Terenik had scored the tying goal for Middle with 11 seconds remaining in regulation.

Tyler Litositz and Dylan Jinks each scored two goals for the Rams. Brendan Mullen had a goal and an assist. Jinks also had an assist for Southern.

Jack Denis led Middle with three goals.
