The Atlantic City High School softball team clinched the Division II title in the Cape-Atlantic League American Conference with a 2-0 win over Holy Spirit on Tuesday.

It is the first division title in the program's history, according to Vikings' coach Jason Grimes.

Claire Corbett was 2-for-3, including a double, with an RBI for Atlantic City. Cassidy Shay was also 2-for-3 with an RBI. Maddie Taggart struck out four and earned her 14th win of the season.
