The Southern Regional High School softball team won its second game of the season 16-1 over Long Branch in four innings in a Shore Conference game Saturday.

Southern's Tianna Santiago went 2-for-4 with a triple, three runs and three RBIs. Also for the visiting Rams, Tori Fife was 2-for-4 with a double and four RBIs, and Bailey Doyle was 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI. Winning pitcher Jessica Hewitt struck out nine.
