The St. Joseph High School boys track and field team showed its speed at the South Jersey Non-Public championships at Monsignor Donovan on Friday night.

Ben Mitchell won the Non-Public B high jump and 400 hurdles. Mitchell ran 59.98 in the hurdles and cleared 5 foot, 10 inches in the high jump. Those were two of the Wildcats five victories.

Rocco Ordille (11.26 seconds) led a St. Joe sweep in the 100. Chris Gabor finished second and Miles Pease was third. Pease won the 400 dash in 52.75 seconds St. Joe's other victory came in the triple jump where Gabor won with a jump of 39-8.

The St. Joe girls also produced a winner. Tykeemah White won the 100 in 13.32 seconds.

In Non-Public A, two Holy Spirit sprinters won. Rahim Harris won the 100 in 11.09 seconds. A.J. Dawson ran 50.94 to win the 400 dash.
