SWEDESBORO - A lost pig keeps scurrying around a southern New Jersey community, but no one has been able to catch it for more than a week.

A group of seniors at Kingsway High School in Woolwich adopted the pig and named it Dubbsy after assistant principal Edward Dubbs.

But the South Jersey Times (http://bit.ly/166V7f6 ) reports the porker escaped the temporary pen they had built more than a week ago.

Sightings of the pig have been reported around the area south of Philadelphia on Facebook.

Shane Murray, one of the adopters of the 8-week-old critter, says he's afraid for the safety of the animal if it darts in front of traffic.
