BARNEGAT — Police arrested a woman in southern New Jersey after they say she got out of her car, lifted her shirt and bra and exposed her breasts to surveillance cameras.
Barnegat police charged 56-year-old Wendy Tucker with lewdness and also on a warrant out of Atlantic County.
Police Lt. Keith Germain tells the Asbury Park Press Tucker is seen on the video looking up at the cameras and extending her middle fingers.
Tucker is held in the Atlantic County Jail. It's not clear if she has a lawyer.
