PLEASANTVILLE – Atlantic City and Pleasantville police are looking for a man who was sighted with an AK-47 in his trunk Monday night.
The older green Nissan Maxima was last seen on Main Street and Atlantic Avenue at about 10:30 p.m.
A witness told police a man parked in a lot, at Main Street and Delilah Road, and was seen pulling out the assault weapon on four other men nearby.
The four men took off running, the witness told police.
A second witness told police three men were spotted running through the backyard of a residence in the 900 block of Linden Avenue, and yelled out to the witness to call police.
The man in the vehicle was seen wearing a black hoodie and gray pants, police said. No description was available for the other men.
