Accident causing delays on southbound of Garden State Parkway near Great Egg Toll Plaza
A motor vehicle accident on the Garden State Parkway southbound, in Somers Point, is causing a significant back-up, Monday night.
Congestion runs about two miles, from north of Laurel Drive to south of the Great Egg Toll Plaza.
The area of the accident is difficult to access with a tow truck, which as lead to the traffic, state police said. As of 6:15 p.m. the tow truck had not reached the vehicle.
