CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE - Superior Court Judge Raymond Batten heard
from both sides of the Wildwood recall election battle during an
early morning hearing today.
An effort to recall Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano Jr. and
Commissioner Bill Davenport was unsuccessful after City Clerk
Christopher Wood found the recall petitioners had collected too few
Batten heard from attorneys on both sides today about whether or
not those signatures and petitions were valid. The hearing will
reconvene Friday at 12:30 p.m.
