Driver airlifted after crash in Egg Harbor Township

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - A man was injured Friday night after his pickup truck overturned on Tremont Avenue.

The victim was airlifted to the Regional Trauma Unit at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus in Atlantic City, police said.

Witnesses said the driver was alert and speaking with them until help arrived.

    I hope he has insurance. Ambulance to Chopper,about$700, Medics. about #3000. Helicopter about $7000. Cab fare home. $100.
