Atlantic City police are looking for a man who shot at two pizza delivery drivers shortly after midnight Wednesday.
The unnamed victims flagged police down at about 12:20 a.m. after they say a man shot at them inside their car in the 500 block of North Kentucky Avenue, Capt. Frank Brennan said.
The men told police they got into a verbal argument with two men when they made a delivery in the 1500 block of Wabash Avenue.
After returning to their car and starting to leave the are, he two men ran into the street, and one pulled out a gun and started firing.
The delivery men ran from the car and flagged down police.
Neither of the men was hit, but the car was struck three times, Brennan said. Another car parked nearby was also hit, as was a residence on the 1600 block of Wabash.
victims was injured in the incident. A check of the area proved negative for any suspects. Further investigation revealed that the pizza delivery car had been struck 3 times. An additional parked car was struck once. Also, a residence in the 1600 block of Wabash Avenue was struck.
Police also recovered four spent rounds and numerous shell casings.
The shooting suspect is described a 5-foot-6, thin built, dark-skinned black male about 24 to 26 years old. He was wearing a black knit hat, black pants, dark sneakers and a dark sweater-like jacket.
