Atlantic County will hold 11 flu shot clinics this fall, the first of them Saturday.
The county said in a news release that its Division of Public Health will offer flu shots at the clinics for $15 each, though shots will be free for residents who have Medicare Part B coverage and show their card.
The clinics also will have pneumonia shots available for eligible residents who are at least 65 years old. Those shots will cost $25 but will also be free for those with Medicare Part B coverage.
Residents can make appointments at www.aclink.org, but that is not required. Most residents will receive their shots within 15 minutes of arriving at the clinic, the county news release states.
