BRIDGETON — Police were investigating four gunshot incidents at different locations late Thursday night.
None of the shots were known to have hit a person or property, police said.
In the shooting at 10:25 p.m. near Giles and Oak streets, police said, they found five spent shell casings.
While on the scene of that shooting, police were dispatched to another gunshot report near Las Palma’s Tequila Bar and the Eagle’s Club on Cohansey Street. Police said they found six spent shell casings.
About 11:21 p.m., police received reports of someone in a black Nissan Infinity firing shots at Bank Street and Irving Avenue and then near North Pearl and Seibel streets.
Police said they tried to stop a black Infinity near Manheim Avenue about 11:41 p.m., but the driver fled and they lost sight of the car. It was later found abandoned on Ramblewood Drive and towed for investigation.
