A Cape May Court House man was charged with vehicular homicide Tuesday in connection with a fatal accident that occurred in Upper Township on the Garden State Parkway in July, State Police said.
Chaz Desaliscq, 21, drove the car into a tree in the early morning of July 23, according to Press archives. Passenger, William Duhadwaycq, 19, of Havertown, Pa, was killed in the accident. Desalis was charged with a DWI later in the week.
Desalis and his brother, Stephen Desaliscq, 23, were treated for minor injuries following the incident.
None of the passengers were wearing seat belts.
