Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 a.m. By SARAH WATSON, Staff Writer The Press of Atlantic City Media Group
A blanket of dense fog shrouding much of the region this morning has reduced the visibility in places to near zero.
The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory until 10 a.m., warning motorists that the fog will remain through the morning commute and visibility in places will be one quarter of a mile or less.
When the fog lifts, skies are predicted to be cloudy, with temperatures in the low 80s. There is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon.
