An Edgewater man died this weekend after he apparently jumped off an upper floor of an Atlantic City building.

Police responded to the sixth-level parking garage of the Wyndham Skyline Tower at 5:46 a.m. Saturday to a report of a male found on the ground, Sgt. Monica McMenamin said. It was determined the 44-year-old had jumped from an upper floor.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and transported by a member of the Medical Examiner’s Office.
