Joyce Vanderhoff

The body of Joyce Vanderhoff, of Egg Harbor Township, was found by a passing motorist along Weymouth Road, in Hamilton Township. While her death has been ruled a homicide, no information has been released on how the 25-year-old woman was killed.


A funeral for an Egg Harbor Township woman found dead Friday morning on the side of a Hamilton Township road is set for tonight in Northfield.

Services for Joyce Vanderhoff, 25, will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home on New Road. Friends are invited to arrive at 6:30 p.m. for a visitation.

Vanderhoff’s death has been ruled a homicide, but the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office has not released information on how she was killed, acting Prosecutor Jim McClain said. No arrests have been made.
