Hamilton man arrested on charge of criminal sexual contact
Hamilton Township police arrested a 68-year-old man Tuesday who allegedly touched a woman inappropriately.
Giuseppe Spano, 68, of Mays Landing, was charged with criminal sexual contact, police said in a release. His victim, a 28-year-old female, told police Spano “inappropriately touched her” when the two were in a township office building, police said.
Spano was released pending a court date.
