About 7,800 residents in nearly 1200 homes are still without power as of Friday morning, according to Atlantic City Electric.
The utility’s outage map reports the number on it Website - http://www.atlanticcityelectric.com/home/emergency/maps/stormcenter/ - though the company says it plans to restore power to nearly everyone by tonight.
The oytages are spread thoughout the region but the highest concentration of outages are in Pleasantville where the company reports 1,457 people are still without power.
