A Mays Landing man died in a Burlington County car crash on Saturday, State Police said.
Samson Aredele, 25, was headed south on Route 206 near Shamong, at around 2:45 p.m., State Police officer Julian Castellanos said.
Castellanos said Aredele’s white Nissan Sentra apparently drifted off the roadway’s right shoulder. When Aredele tried to get back on the road, he overcorrected and the car went sideways into a utility pole.
Aredele, who was wearing his seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene, Castellanos said.
