A North Wildwood man was indicted Monday on charges of not reporting a quarter of a million dollars in income to the IRS.

Mark Olkowski, 62, is charged with filing four false personal income tax returns and four false partnership tax returns for his Philadelphia based business K & O Sports between 2006 and 2009, according to a release from the office of U.S. Attorney Zane David Memeger.

Olkowski is also charged with 15 counts of wire fraud for allegedly receiving $25,000 from improper unemployment benefits.

Olkowski faces a maximum possible sentence of more than 100 years in prison and a $5.75 million fine.
