Ocean City was planning to go all out with Christmas decorations this year in its downtown after some merchants grumbled about sub-par displays last year. Now that a hurricane has disrupted the entire island and closed many businesses, small businesses on Asbury Avenue have bigger worries. Those that have reopened could have an even tougher time luring back customers this holiday season.
