An Ocean City man was sentenced Friday to six months in prison for giving ammunition to Nicodemo S. Scarfo -- son of jailed mob boss "Little Nicky" Scarfo -- and Salvatore Pelullo, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.

Todd Stark, 44, pleaded guilty in June to conspiring with the two convicted felons, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney.

The charge is a part of a 25-count racketeering indictment against Scarfo, Pelullo, Stark, and 10 others, which stems from the alleged extortionate takeover of a Texas company.

Stark was only charged with the single count of providing ammunition to known felons. Scarfo and Pelullo are awaiting trial.

Two boxes of the 9-mm handgun ammunition, which Stark admitted to giving to Pelullo, were found in Scarfo's house in May of 2008.
