Ocean City Police are searching for a 16-year-old autistic girl, who drove off in her mother's car early Wednesday.
Natalie Woollerton was last seen driving a 2009 light blue Lexus sedan with temporary New Jersey tags P101925, police said.
Police said they don't think the girl had a cell phone or cash when she left her house and she does not have any driving experience and may be confused when driving on highways.
Natalie’s father, Robert Woollerton, told The Press of Atlantic City that the girl has Asperger syndrome. Natalie, a student at Ocean City High School, left her mother’s Central Avenue home just after midnight Wednesday, likely due to an argument, Woollerton
Natalie is described as white with brown hair and brown eyes, 5'7" and weighs about 150 pounds.
The car she may be driving may also have a second license plate, New Jersey SL487K and may be minor damage to the rear of the vehicle, police said.
