STAFFORD TOWNSHIP - Two Ocean County men are accused of holding a victim at gunpoint, pistol-whipping the victim and robbing them of $50.

The robbery happened on Saturday, at Lighthouse Park along Lighthouse Drive.

According to a Stafford Police news release, Jason Eby, 19 of Stafford Township, and Josh Drake-Parmigiano 24, of Barnegat Township, were identified as the two suspects and were brought to Stafford Township Police Headquarters for questioning. 

Parmigiano and Eby were charged Tuesday evening with first degree robbery by threatening the victim with a deadly weapon. Parmigiano and Eby were transported to the Ocean County Jail, Toms River. Parmigiano is being held on $75,000 bail and Eby is being held on $25,000 bail.

Police said during the investigation Jessica Rasoilo, 23, was charged with hindering apprehension of another in connection to the armed robbery.

Rasoilo was released on a criminal complaint summons pending a future appearence in court, police said.

Patrolman Robert Conforti and Detective Neil McKenna investigated the robbery, with the Barnegat Township Detective Bureau and the Stafford Township Drug Enforcement Unit assisting in the investigation.
