A Pleasantville man was arrested Sunday by Egg Harbor Township Police after allegedly  breaking into a  vacant, bank-owned home.

Officers Michael Nicety and Mark Mensch responded to the complaint and located suspect Devon Crenshaw, 29, inside the home. He was taken into custody without incident. Proceeds from a burglary of a Ridge Avenue home reported March 21 were located during further investigation.

Crenshaw was charged with two counts of burglary, criminal mischief and possession of stolen property. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $15,000 bail.

This incident is being investigated by Det. Kyle Warren of the Egg Harbor Township Criminal Investigations Bureau.
