'Plowable' snow possible in South Jersey on Friday
The National Weather Service said snow is likely for the region on Friday afternoon and night.
The service, which issued a hazardous weather outlook for the area, said there is a 70 percent chance of precipitation for South Jersey after 1 p.m. and snow is likely.
The service said it is too early to anticipate how much accumulation there may be but said the storm could bring a “plowable” snowfall.
The forecast high for Friday is 34 degrees, the service said.
