Police from Northfield, Linwood and the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office are on the scene of an incident near Shore Road and Kirklin Avenue in Linwood.
About 15 emergency vehicles are at the scene, and police tape is surrounding a home. The area is without power due to Saturday's storm, and generators have been brought to the scene.

At 11:20 p.m., an empty stretcher was brought to the scene and was wheeled under the police tape.
At 11:50 p.m., emergency personnel put up more police tape across the street from the home. The sidewalk on Shore Road from Highland Court to Heather Court is now blocked off by the tape.
Linwood police Lt. Colin Hickey said the department is in the early stage of an investigation but could not provide any more details as of 11:20 p.m.
