EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP - Police charged an alleged prostitute and another woman with aggravated assault and robbery after they pepper-sprayed a Tennessee man in a hotel, officials said.

Rudy Quintana, 41, was employing a prostitute in his room at the Clarion Hotel on the Black Horse Pike on Saturday at about 3:21 a.m. when her partner attempted to steal his possessions, police said.

Quintana confronted the two women but was assaulted and pepper-sprayed, police said. He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus, in Atlantic City and treated for his injuries.

He has been charged with soliciting prostitution and released on a summons, police said.

Saketa Wills, 19, of Norristown, Pa., and Tenasia Washington, 18, of Plainfield, Union County, were charged with conspiracy, robbery and aggravated assault.

Wills was also charged with prostitution. Both were taken to Atlantic County jail with bail set at $25,000.
