A Port Norris woman is in critical condition after she lost control of her car on Route 55 South in Maurice River Township, State Police said.
The accident took place just after 3:30 p.m., police said, when the car driven by Megan Moore, 18, left the roadway and struck a tree.
Moore was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus, in Atlantic City, where she is listed in critical condition, police said.
Her passenger, Christopher Moore, 20, was also hospitalized and is listed in stable condition.
The accident is being investigated.
