Rain and winds expected Tuesday night
Rain and wind will affect the region as a winter storm passes through to the Northeast Tuesday night.
Heavy rains and increased winds, with gusts up to 20 mph throughout the evening, according to National Weather Service meteorologist Mitchell Gaines.
The weather should be clear by Wednesday, he said.
