One year ago, George Meyers, of the Ocean City High School boys soccer team, collided with an opposing player. He suffered a broken tibia and fibula and a severed artery. Doctors thought they may have to amputate a portion of his leg.

Read the dramatic story of his recovery in the print edition of The Press of Atlantic City on Sunday, in the Sports section.
