HAMILTON TOWNSHIP – A Richland man was charged with a host of drug offenses Monday night after he was found passed out behind the wheel of a car.
At approximately 8:40 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 3400 block of Woodland Drive for a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Upon arrival, police found Brett Linn, 25, of Richland, passed out behind the wheel of an Infinity M35X, police said.
Further investigation revealed Linn was in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana, hypodermic needles, and other drug paraphernalia, police said.
Linn was taken into custody and charged with several drug offenses.
He was later released pending a court appearance.
