A school bus was involved in a three car motor vehicle accident Friday afternoon but no major injures were reported.

Sgt. Adam Grossman, of the New Jersey State Police, said the accident occurred near Nabb and Morton avenues in Deerfield at 2:55 p.m.

A small school bus, carrying two students, was traveling north and another vehicle was traveling south into the intersection, Grossman said. A third car traveling west drove into the intersection and was struck by both vehicles, he said.

The drivers of the two vehicles complained of neck and back pain, Grossman said. The two students said they were not injured but were transported to South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Vineland as a precaution, he said.

The accident is under investigation.
