More than 500 customers lost power in Pleasantville and Egg Harbor Township after a car accident.
Police said the accident took place at the 1100 block of Doughty Road in Pleasantville at about 12:30 p.m.
Locations including the Press of Atlantic City business office on Washington Avenue lost power following the incident.
Police are now deploying officers to direct traffic at many locations.
