Police are searching for a man who shot three people Wednesday morning at a Christmas party in Vineland.

Police responded to the hall at St. Anthony’s Greek Orthodox Church, on the 300 block of West Wheat Road, at about 1:15 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived, people were leaving the hall, where a Christmas party had been taking place, police said in a new release. Police said the shooting began inside the hall near the stage. They have identified one suspect as the lone shooter.

Witnesses said the man left the hall in a dark-colored SUV of unknown make and model.

The three victims were all in stable condition or had been released from the hospital, police said.

They are identified as Domonique Hines, 25, who was struck twice in the leg; Felicia Cannon, 18, who was struck in the shoulder; and Shykeem Boyd, 27, who was shot in the upper leg, police said.

The Rev. Sokratis Dimitriadis, of St. Anthony’s, said the hall was being rented to a group not affiliated with the congregation. Dimitriadis said he does not know to whom the hall was rented Tuesday night.

He said they occasionally have trouble with those who rent the hall but that it had never turned violent in the past.

“It has been messy at times, particularly when they are organizing a concert,” he said. “But I have no idea if there was a concert being held (Tuesday night).”

Police are still investigating the shooting. Those with information are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 856-691-0345.A $1,000 reward is being offered for information.
