Fans can get tickets starting tomorrow for a free beach concert being held Aug. 24 in Wildwood.

The concert, which will take place on the city's expansive strand at Schellenger Avenue, features Fuel, Hoobastank, Lit, Alien Ant Farm, and a yet to be announced special guest.

The Summer Slam Sports & Music Festival is being supported in part by the Philadelphia Soul arena football team, which will be hosting a flag footbal competition at the same time.

Tickets are required to enter the concert grounds even though they are free. Tickets can be found online at

Organizers say the concert will go on rain or shine and audience members are not permitted to bring in beach chairs for the event.
