First responders conducted an emergency drill Saturday morning at the Atlantic City Rail Terminal.

According to NJ Transit, which organized the drill, activities are expected to last about four hours and Atlantic City Rail Line trains will operate on their regular schedules. Police began clearing the area at about 12:30 p.m.

Sgt. Monica McMenamin, of the Atlantic City Police, said the public should be aware that there will be a large police presence at the station for training.

Multiple agencies, including Atlantic City's fire and police departments, the city and county's Offices of Emergency Management and AtlantiCare Medical Center, will be participating in the drill.
