Vineland police said they have arrested two Passaic County residents for driving off in a car left running while the vehicle’s owner was inside a Dunkin Donuts shop.

Police said David K. Mourning Jr. of Newfield, Gloucester County, had gone into the Dunkin Donuts in the 900 block of North Main Road on Sunday when he saw someone drive away in his vehicle.

They were also each charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
