Pleasantville police are investigating two shooting incidents that happened within 10 minutes Monday night.

No one was injured but houses and cars were struck by gunfire, Capt. Sean Riggin confirmed.

Police were first called to the 600 block of Adams Avenue at 8:36 p.m. Officers recovered about 15 shell casings.

There have been at least two other shooting incidents within that area since Christmas.

Then, at 8:46 p.m., there was a shooting in the area of Tilton Avenue and Broad Street, where cars and houses were also struck.

That area is a few blocks from where a home was surrounded in November following a fatal shooting at an Egg Harbor Township motel.

No suspect information was provided.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 609-641-6100 or Crime Stoppers at 609-652-1234.
